Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via the email you have provided. Please note that orders are subject to unexpected delays due to holidays. weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, for winch we cannot be held accountable for. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Will I be charged customs and duty fees?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees under the discretion of the country of import. We do not charge nor calculate customs and duty fees. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs and duty fees may be charged before, during or after your delivery.  For more information please contact your local customs office and/or shipping company.

Are your products available at any retail stores?

Our products are currently only available online on our website.

Do you test on animals?

We do not test on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.
